The Native Tongue team celebrates after winning Startup Weekend Melbourne; Australia's first Startup Weekend.

Native Tongue @ Startup Weekend Melbourne

Team Native Tongue comprising of Awesome Allen, Mantastic Matt, Radical Riley, Jolly James, Kickass Kevin and Kosher Kym came together at Startup Weekend Melbourne to create startup fusion in the most fantastic manner.

From making the initial pitch shortlist to self-proclaimed exemplary execution over the weekend, the resulting Mandarin Madness took away top honours at a “a 54-hour event where developers, designers, marketers, product managers and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products and launch startups”.

So what has the team been up to recently?

The Native Tongue team have universally decided to forge ahead into the heat of iPhone-development battle, determined to develop the most addictive language-learning game since the invention of $5 blackjack at esteemed gambling institutions all over the world.

At some point, we realized that it would be prudent to implement some form of communication. Without further ado… media surrounding Native Tongue and Startup Weekend Melbourne!
